A hands-on full body massage of medium pressure. Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone and promotes total mind and body relaxation. This is the most requested massage! Very therapeutic and relaxing! You may also request a combination Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage at no extra cost!
Deep Tissue Massage

A firm-pressure therapeutic massage. Helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and tissue damage. Great for anyone with soft tissue problems that produce any discomfort or pain. This is geared for more specific body work, and isolated muscle treatments. You may also request a combination Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage at no extra cost!
Hot Stone Massage 90 min./$100
2 Hour/$120
Penetrating heat from smooth oiled and warmed Basalt Stones is used to relieve tense muscles and sore joints. Combined with soothing Swedish techniques, this creates an unforgettable, thoroughly relaxing experience that connects you to nature and brings about a deep sense of inner peace.
You may also add Hot Stones to any 90+ minute Swedish or Deep Tissue massage for an extra $20. You'll need to request a combination "Swedish/Hot Stone" or "Deep Tissue/Hot Stone" when booking your customized massage.
Sports Massage

A therapeutic massage that includes stretching and compression techniques. Rehabilitates soft tissue dysfunction that can result from physical labor, lifting weights or sports-related injuries. Promotes flexibility, reduces swelling, relieves muscle tension and alleviates muscle fatigue.

Clients who chose the 90 or 120 minute Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage, may also opt for a combination Massage and Mini Foot Reflexology session.
